Civil Engineering Lead   Job Description Summary:   

+ D&G Solutions is seeking a Civil Engineering Lead to support U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) facilities and infrastructure programs by advising on project planning, construction activities, and asset management. This role will help ensure engineering needs are clearly understood and properly supported by the systems and processes used to plan and manage capital projects.

  Roles & Responsibilities:  


+ Serve as a civil engineering subject matter expert supporting facilities projects, including site planning, construction activities, contractor coordination, and project cost management.

+ Evaluate and track projects funded through Coastal and Shore Operations (CSO), assess maintenance backlog projects, and support quarterly Management Effectiveness Visits.
