Civil Engineering Specialist

Role Summary:
The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for monitoring/inspecting assigned project area and makes sure that all activities are being carried out within agreed cost and timeline, and governed by applicable specifications and codes. Also ensures effective communication and coordination with the EPC site engineers and other project participants.
Outcomes Expected and Responsibilities:
Oversees field activities and provide daily updates to Project Management Team on EPC work on progress.
Reviews and monitors planned schedule against actual work progress. In coordination with the site supervisor, develops action plan with contractor's management team to address slippage in schedule and report/update status to Project Management Team.
Coordinates with the QA/QC Engineer and the contractor and authorities as required by the contract.
