Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the residential apartment site. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work as per the project schedule. Check and verify quality of materials and workmanship. Ensure compliance with safety standards and site safety regulations. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Handle quantity estimation and material reconciliation. Monitor labor productivity and manage workforce allocation. Inspect shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing works. Verify contractor bills and measurement sheets.
