Civil Foreman

Abesco Construction Development Corp. is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our project team. The Civil Foreman will supervise site activities, coordinate manpower, and ensure that all civil works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily civil works on site.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment needed for each work activity.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce safety compliance.
• Check quality of workmanship and report deviations to the Engineer.
• Prepare daily activity reports and submit progress updates.
• Assist in planning work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers and other disciplines for smooth workflow.
