Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Directly supervise workers and subcontractors for civil works (e.g., excavation, concrete, masonry) to ensure quality standards.
• Planning & Scheduling: Organize daily tasks and allocate manpower based on project schedules.
• Resource Management: Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available to prevent delays, while minimizing wastage.
• Safety Enforcement: Maintain, enforce, and monitor compliance with safety regulations (PPE, OSHA) at the work site.
• Technical Compliance: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications, ensuring work aligns with technical documents.
• Reporting: Submit daily progress reports to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

Pay: From Php26,000.00 per month
