Starting Pay Rate: $35-$40+ an hour. Depending on experience and skills

Requirements:
- Experience and Confidence Operating Excavator and other machinery in a Civil Construction Environment.
- Must be able to delegate and motivate a crew to get the job done.
- Must be keen to be on the tools while leading a small crew.
- Drainlaying experience is an advantage
- Full Class 1 with WTR Endorsement is a must
- Strong Work Ethic & Problem Solving Skills
- GPS experience is a bonus
- Pre Employment Drug Test
