Job Description

                    Inspect all civil and structural works including foundations, concrete structures, refractory installations, grouting, paving, drainage systems, and plant buildings across the QAFCO fertilizer complex
Monitor and inspect refractory lining installation and repair activities in furnaces, reactors, and high-temperature equipment in accordance with API 936 and manufacturer specifications
Verify concrete mix designs, pour records, cube testing, reinforcement placement, and formwork in compliance with ACI, BS 8110, and QAFCO civil engineering standards
Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and material submittals; ensure all civil works conform to approved drawings and project specifications
