**Roles and Responsibilities:**

+ This role is for skilled operators working within a variety of roles focused on the manufacturing and assembly of aircraft parts for civil programmes.
+ The role will include a range of tasks and the successful applicant should demonstrate flexibility and work effectively as part of a larger multi-disciplined team
**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Read and follow manufacturing plans
+ Ensure quality and health & safety adherence
+ Follow daily manufacturing metrics
+ Participate in lean activities and other initiatives
+ Support manufacturing delivery needs
+ Work in teams to achieve delivery targets
+ Complete manufacturing paperwork and job cards
