Civil Project Superintendent Leadership Role

Spearhead civil construction projects as a Civil Superintendent. Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency while overseeing multiple projects in British Columbia.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for daily project management, including overseeing crew activities and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. Your focus will be on aligning project execution with established safety, quality, and environmental standards while identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main on-site representative for projects
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and schedules
• Enforce safety and quality management plans
• Produce timely reports and updates for the Project Manager
• Collaborate on labor needs and equipment servicing

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in the construction field
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
