The purpose of this position is to oversee all Civil Construction work to check compliance to applicable Standards, Designs and Specifications and the Quality Management Plan. The person will conduct a surveillance level of inspection to ensure full compliance of project requirements.

Responsibilities Inspect excavations, foundations, roads and hardstands, storm water measures and buildings during and after construction for quality, general safety and conformance to design, specifications and standard codes. Review and interpret drawings, site layouts, specifications, and construction methods to ensure compliance to legal requirements and safety regulations. Monitor civil and construction activities to ensure that all work is performed properly and is in compliance with applicable regulations.
