Job Description

We are looking for Civil Quantity Surveyor for one of our clients with the following details: 
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 24 months
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Site based role).
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
Minimum 5+ years of experiences
Minimum 5 years of Experience in Oil & gas project
Language English
GCC Work Experience: UAE experience preferred
AUTO cad Software knowledge required.
Services Description:
To Prepare quantity take offs for construction works.
To Maintain the overall master quantity record, incorporating updates from revised drawings.
To prepare the RFQ document.
To Evaluate the Commercial Bid.
To Prepare the Preambles, Schedules of Rates, Bills of Quantities and Estimations.
To Prepare project cost reports and review them in coordination with the Commercial and Subcontracts Manager.
