Civil & Structural Resident Engineer

Location: Tanjong Pagar Area (Office A&A)

Job Description:

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• Report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must have the strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurance system.
• Carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
