Civil Superintendent

Position Overview

The Civil Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple concurrent civil construction projects with a focus on industrial concrete. Operating with full site authority, the Superintendent provides senior-level leadership across crews, subcontractors, and site supervision teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary link between field operations and project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily field operations across multiple concurrent civil construction projects
• Provide direct leadership to Lead Hands, Journeyman Carpenters, and Apprentices; set clear expectations for performance, safety, and quality
