Civil Supervisor Opportunity

McConnell Dowell are currently recruiting for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our delivery team on a major Sydney Water program of works. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities on Sydney Water projects, including water, wastewater, and utilities infrastructure.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials to deliver works in line with program, quality, and cost objectives.
• Ensure strict compliance with Sydney Water standards, technical specifications, and WHS requirements.
• Lead site safety through daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, implementation of SWMS, etc
• Review and interpret construction drawings, work packs, permits, and programs to support effective site delivery.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, Sydney Water representatives, and other stakeholders to resolve site and design issues.
