This is a high-impact role offering $52.50/hr + penalty rates, working on a fast-moving project where your leadership will directly drive progress. What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading from the front across active civil works
• Managing crews and subcontractors to hit targets
• Driving productivity while maintaining strict safety standards
• Coordinating daily site operations across multiple scopes
• Working closely with crew to meet tight deadlines
