Job Description

                     Supervise civil construction crews and subcontractors deliverying large scale subdivisions 
Monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met
Enforce safety standards and promote safe work practices
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate plant, materials, and resources
Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to site teams
Conduct site inspections and report to project management
 Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor or Foreman on subdivisions 
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage workflows, solve problems, and make confident decisions
Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality
Hold relevant tickets and a valid driver's licence
 Strong pipeline - years of work locked in.
