Civils Manager

Manage the co-ordination of the Civil work packages on this hyperscale project.

Responsibilities

• Manage a project team of 20+ including package managers, design managers, engineers and site supervisors.
• Support your team in managing 10+ subcontractors with a combined package value in excess of €100m.
• Oversee contractor’s design elements ensuring design is carried out and relevant approvals in place ahead of construction on-site.
• Ensure BIM processes are followed by sub-contractors carrying out works under your supervision.
• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with safety personnel (including set‑up, management and close‑out).
• Management of Site QA in conjunction the Projects team.
• Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub‑Contractors and consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are adhered to.
