We’re looking for a Civil/Structural Construction Specialist II (Resident Technical Officer) to join our Singapore team. The role involves providing civil engineering services to Worley and its customers, and may include technical support and supervision within the civil team. The responsibilities and qualifications are described below.

• Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.
• Ensure that Contractor and their subcontractors comply with LTA’s PPE requirements and safety checklists are followed.
• Report to SRE/RE any incident including near‑misses.
• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, method statements/Risk Assessment and specifications.
