JOB TITLE: Civil/Structural Engineer (Solar Projects)

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the structural design, analysis, and evaluation of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems. The role ensures that all solar mounting structures and supporting foundations are safe, stable, and compliant with local building codes and project requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and analyze supporting structures for rooftop solar PV systems, ground-mounted systems, among others.
• Ensures structures comply with NSCP, Local Building Code (PO 1096), and wind, seismic, and load requirements.
• Perform load calculations.
• Prepare and sign structural drawing, design analysis, and construction details.
• Produce Bill of Materials (BOM) for structural components.
• Coordinate structural input for permit applications and building code compliance.
