Cladding Estimator

We Build Recruitment are looking for a Senior Estimator to join our clients new cladding division.

The candidate will have extensive experience managing the whole estimating & tendering process from initial enquiry through to securing purchased orders.

Having excellent technical & commercial experience and competence will contribute to our collaborative and flexible ways of working with clients. You will also need to be friendly, communicative, able to talk to clients, able to work as part of a team.

A deep familiarity with the following systems and products:

• Standing seam roof systems.
• Composite roof systems and wall panels.
• Built up roof systems and wall panels.
• Zinc alternative roof and wall systems.
• Flat roofs.
• Liquid applied roofing.
• Commercial rainscreen cladding.
• Warm roof single ply.
• Guttering and rain pipes.
