Claim and Reconciliation Senior Associate

General Description
The Claim and Reconciliation Senior Associate will be responsible for end-to-end management of vendor debit ACOP and special pricing claims. This includes claim submission, collections, handling rejections, and resolving exceptions across the portfolio. The role requires advanced Excel skills, SAP proficiency, and strong problem-solving ability to work effectively in a high-volume transaction environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage vendor debit ACOP and special pricing claims from submission to closure.
Track claim collections and ensure timely follow-ups and reconciliation.
Investigate and resolve claim rejections, disputes, and portfolio exceptions.
Perform root cause analysis of discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Generate detailed reports using Excel (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SAP data for business and audit purposes.
