Claim Executive (Field)

Overview

JobSummary: This resource will manage the entire procedure of processing & managing all claims of tyre division in the field.

Responsibilities

• Monthly claim visit plan in coordination with ZSM and approved by RSM
• Claim process initiation and coordination with HO and Factory
• Inspection and preparation of claim report, sent to ZSM/RSM & dealer visit to share claim detail
• Preparation of weekly claim report - Dealer wise both Tyre and Tube
• Any other assignment and/ or responsibility given by management
