Job Description
Job Summary: This resource will manage the entire procedure of processing & managing all claims of tyre division.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain claims & credit notes of all segments of tyre division
- To ensure claim stocks to be reached in factory premises timely
- Managing and dispatching monthly claims & credit notes to customers
- Pursuing and following up of claim settlements
- Other support services including pursuing and visiting with the transporter
Job Specifications:
Gender : Male
Industry : Tyre
Education :
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years relevant experience
Knowledge & Technical Skills : Knowledge of claims and tyre division, influencing skills, aggressive follow-up
Business Understanding : Basic Knowledge of Tyre Market
