- Independent analysis of potentially defective products of the company group to identify errors and causes based on a specified workflow, including the derivation of measures leading to improved future manufacturing or product quality.
- Analysis: Conduct analysis of complaint components based on specified defect analysis processes for the company group products.
- Containment: Demand immediate actions for error containment.
- Communication: Communicate defect patterns to the relevant manufacturing plants within the company group.
- Reporting: Create complete 8D reports and perform additional analyses as required, such as Pareto, Ishikawa, 5-Why, and FMEA.
- Action Planning: Develop action plans for error prevention and detection in collaboration with the manufacturing plant, including tracking the implementation of these measures.
