Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the targeted number of policies for booking are met every month and booking is done within the specified time needed to generate production;
• Prepares quotations as requested by brokers or by Account Associates;
• Reviews accounts for completeness of customer information such as Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, premium payment or claim status, and underwriting requirements;
• Monitors the renewal of renewable policies, conversion of quotations, and actual delivery of policy documents within the committed turn-around-time (TAT);
