Position Overview
This role requires flexibility and the ability to handle a variety of tasks throughout the day, depending on what comes in. You'll play a key part in managing repair order status tracking, keeping customers updated, and coordinating with insurance companies and internal teams. This role requires strong stress tolerance to handle customers urging for repairs, and the ability to respond flexibly to various complex situations.
