nAmerican Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Claims Adjuster - Automotive for our growing team at our office in Naperville, IL. In this role you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating and negotiating minor to complex vehicle repair costs to accurately determine coverage and liability. You will take inbound calls to determine coverage based on contracts in order to appropriately resolve customer issues.

nResponsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

n-tAnswering inbound callsn-tProvide information about claim processing and explain the different levels of contract coverage and termsn-tAccurately establish, review and authorize claimsn-tEntering claim and contract information into the AGWSu2019 system
