526 Grays Rd, Hamilton, Ontario L8E2Z4 CanadaU-Haul Claims Canada is seeking a claims examiner who will be responsible to investigate, evaluate and settle complex claim for physical damages to vehicles and property along with both bodily injury and accident benefit claims across Canada. The files are of varying complexity, and the successful candidate will have a dynamic personality and the ability to excel in a high-performance environment. The successful candidate will investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle Auto Bodily Injury (BI) claims, Accident Benefit claims by telephone and correspondence. The candidate has the ability to work effectively with insureds, adjusters, clients, legal counsel and more.
Essential Duties:
Full handle of both direct deal and litigated files
Investigate, evaluate, negotiate Bodily Injury losses of moderate to high complexity
