Aon South Africa is recruiting a Claims Advocacy Specialist in our Advocacy team based, on a hybrid basis, from our Head Office in Sandton. The role of a Claims Advocacy Specialist is to provide fast and efficient services to clients with the processing of the claims in supporting a bespoke product offering. The successful incumbent must manage direct and mandated claims that will ensure client satisfaction, client retention and financial growth for the company.
