Our client is seeking an experienced Claims Case Manager to join its insurance team on a 12 month assignment. You’ll work in a collaborative environment focused on fair outcomes and clear communication with members and their families.

The Role
As a Claims Case Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution
• Handling complex matters including terminal illness, death and other sensitive claims
• Reviewing medical information and insurer decisions to support sound outcomes
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external insurers to progress claims
• Providing timely updates and guidance to members and their families
• Meeting service standards and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation
