Claims Assessor

Location:  Oman (Onsite)
Duration:  6 months (extendable up to 1 year)

Experience:

• 8 to 14 years of experience in Claims Assessment / Contract Claims Management
  
• Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector  is highly preferred
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate contractual and commercial claims
  
• Support change management, variations, and dispute resolution
  
• Ensure claims compliance with contract terms and industry standards
  
• Prepare claim documentation, assessments, and recommendations
  

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in Claims Management, Contract Management, or related fields  (preferred, if any)
  
• Strong understanding of contracts, commercial terms, and project documentation
