Ensuring proper execution of claims handling process within a given area (such as road claims, air and sea, solutions
and equipment claims).
Key Tasks & Deliverables
1. Timely and proper processing or preparation of claims, according to valid procedures and instructions, including:
a) checking and uploading available documentation related to claims.
b) taking initial decisions to approve or reject claims (where possible). Taking financial decisions connected
with settlements in a limited scope.
c) obtaining all required documentation from customers, subcontractors, and local offices
