Claims Associate - Travel Insurance (Good English)

Job Summary:

The Claim Examiner will be responsible for performing the daily claim process per service level agreement and ensuring the standard of service quality and productivity targets as Claim KPIs Team for all assigned tasks in travel claims and the day-to-day activity of claim team productivity.

• Process all Medical claims, extended warranty claims, having regard to the validity of the policy/claim, policy limits, the circumstances surrounding the claim, cost containment opportunities, and Company service standard requirements/timeframes for the processing and finalization of all claims
• Medical review and follow-up medical information, claim assessment
• Provide Claims Management reports as evidence of the service standards being achieved
• Liaise with others to coordinate tasks and processes in the management of emergency medical claims
