  • AM or SO :
  • - Responsible for the large and complex liability, property and engineering insurance claims
  • - Provide technical support to the team including work simplification and automation initivitates
  • - Responsibe for orgranizing customer meeting presentation and preparation of Powerpoint materials
  • - Provide data analytics for Commerical portofolios
  • - Assist the Claims Manager in managerial tasks and other ad hoc tasks
  • - Adhere to local regulatory and governance requirements throughout the life of the claim to ensure that we make decisions using the right standards.
  • - Compliance with customer protocols / service charter
