At Youi, our Motor Assessors use their trade know-how to help people get back on the road after the unexpected. You’ll assess damage, support repairs, and make fair calls that really make a difference for our customers.

What you’ll do

• Assess vehicle damage and oversee repairs
• Support a smooth, fair, and fast claims experience
• Detect and prevent fraud
• Work closely with our repairer network
• Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of Youi for customers who need help most

What you bring

• A trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (essential)
• Experience in estimating and assessing
• A current driver’s licence
• A knack for problem-solving and teamwork
