Claims Consultant, Group Multi Claims

As a Claims Consultant within our Group space for our Group Multi fund, you will manage life insurance claims from start to finish, providing a seamless experience for our customers.

The Group Multi portfolio is considered one of the most complex due to the age and variability of policy terms. As such, this role requires careful interpretation of legacy policy terms and multiple layers of policy changes to accurately determine member entitlement.

In this role you will: 

• A key focus of this role involves providing a best-in-class customer and client (e.g. advisers, trustees, fund administrators) experience, including regular communication in relation to the status of claims and managing expectations, to deliver on quality health and claim outcomes.
