 :Job Description
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines: 
Manages an inventory of highly complex commercial litigation with large exposures that require a high degree of technical expertise and coordination, by following company protocols to verify policy coverage, conduct investigations, develop and employ resolution strategies, which may include pursuit of risk transfer, extensive negotiations, and management of complex litigation. 
Investigates and analyzes policy language in order to recommend and prepare coverage determinations. 
Ensures exceptional customer service by managing all aspects of the claim, interacting professionally and effectively with insureds, claimants, and business partners. 
Provides timely updates and responds promptly to inquiries and requests for information.
