Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance/Claims Coordinator to manage the end-to-end processing of U.S. auto property and vehicle insurance claims. This role serves as the primary coordinator between clients, insurance adjusters, repair shops, and rental partners, ensuring timely claim resolution, accurate documentation, and clear client communication.
Key Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in claims management, insurance operations, or client account management
