About the Role
We are looking for a Property Damage Coordinator to manage auto property damage claims from filing through settlement. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, repair shops, and rental car providers to ensure smooth and timely claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities
File first-party and third-party auto property damage claims
Coordinate rental car arrangements with insurance companies and partners
Communicate with insurance adjusters for regular claim updates
Proactively update clients on claim progress and timelines
Collect, follow up, and submit required documents
Track vehicle repairs with body shops
Maintain accurate and updated claim notes in HubSpot
Notify billing team once settlements are received
