About the Role
:• Deliver high-quality claim handling and customer service in line with internal guidelines.
• Collaborate on the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures,
system and tool enhancements, and testing/piloting changes.
• Gain and apply comprehensive knowledge of claim line of business and regulatory
requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely claim setup, assigning new claims to handlers as
appropriate.
• Properly identify and manage claim documents
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience1–3 years of experience in claims handling, claims operations, insurance, or reinsurance, ideally in a low to medium complexity environment. Hands-on exposure to end-to-end claims processing, including claim setup, documentation review, and coordination with claim handl...
