Job Description

Responsibilities:
Handle, examine and settle General Liability and Public Liability claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines
Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
Handle related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties 
Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with ANZIIF (Senior Associate) qualification or equivalent level of Insurance qualification holder is preferred
At least 2 years of working experience in handling General Liability, Employee’s Compensation and Product Liability claims is preferred
Results oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrity
Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferred
PC literate in MS Word, Exc...
