About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Claims Executive to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will manage Fire and Engineering claims, ensuring each case is handled fairly, accurately, and within the required timelines. You'll work closely with adjusters, internal stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to make sure all claims comply with company guidelines and industry standards.
What you will be doing
Ensure prompt processing of claims including appointment of adjusters.
Arrange bordereaux meeting with panel of adjusters on monthly basis.
Report to Unit Head/ Head, BA/FA on performance of panel Adjusters on quarterly basis.
Verify, assess and approve promptly all claims within authority and for claims exceeding authority to process, recommend and submit to Unit Head/ Head, BA/FA for approval.
