Job Description
We are looking to reinforce our P&I claims team in Asia and are looking to hire a claims handler to support us in the handling and settling of P&I and FDD claims for our Asia Pacific Assureds. The successful candidate will be expected to handle claims from the start until the claim comes to an end, either by settlement or because of the time bar. She/he will work fairly independently but will also be expected to be a team player and align strategies and objectives with the team and the wider organisation.
o Having a sound knowledge and/or practical experience with maritime law.
o Being highly motivated and positive
o Providing the Assureds with timely and practical advice /guidance
o Maintaining / developing (as the case may be) relationships with our Assureds through the handling of claims
