Job Description

As a Home Assessor you will oversee home and building claims by applying your technical expertise and a deep understanding of the claims procedure to determine the most favourable outcomes for our customers. You will cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both our customers and the repairer network, all while upholding a high standard of customer service to represent the Youi brand.

What you’ll do

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of homes and buildings

  • Supervising the overall quality of the claims process

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

  • Detecting and mitigating instances of fraud

  • Attaining rapid resolution times and managing costs efficiently

  • Validation of claim and repair costs
