Claims Home Assessor

You’ll love this role if you still enjoy the building game but want your experience to carry more weight than just the repair itself. 

You’ll be out on site inspecting damaged homes and making the call. Instead of just doing the repair, you’ll assess the damage, validate the claim and sign off on the work yourself. 

We’ll start you with three weeks at HQ learning how our policies and repair model work, travel covered. Then you’re back in your state, shadowing experienced Assessors before taking on your own jobs. From there, it’s your diary, your judgement and your name on the decision. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Servicing across the ACT and surrounding areas
• Inspect damaged homes in-person to validate claims 
• Scope repairs accurately using the best repair method and authorise the work.
