Claims Integrity & Governance Lead
Uni-Vanguard is an insurance agency located in Lagro, Quezon City that is focused on non-life insurance products.
Our team is a fast growing team that has high growth plans this year wherein we will double our revenue this year compared to last year. And for this growth, we are looking for a Claims Integrity & Governance Lead. This is a critical leadership pivot for the agency's 2026 growth strategy. This role moves beyond traditional claims processing into Technical Governance.
This role will be responsible for building and protecting a Managed Claims ecosystem where speed (24-hour TAT) never compromises financial integrity. You are the final barrier against technical leakage, shop overcharging, and internal operational inefficiencies.
