Claims Mgr

Objective
Responsible to handle the following (listed) portfolios and ensure all the related claims are fairly & promptly settled in accordance with the Company's guidelines / Claims Manual, BNM & PIAM guidelines.
Responsibilities
To verify assess and approve promptly all claims within authority and for claims exceeding authority, to process, recommend and submit them promptly to superiors for consideration.
To ensure the appointment of adjusters are promptly attended within the time frame.
Ensure the case where an adjuster is appointed is monitored closely and monthly bordereaux on the status is submitted to us. If necessary to arrange meeting to discuss on complex cases with our adjuster.
Attending monthly bordereaux meetings with panel Adjusters.
Regularly review the performance of the adjusters and report same to the Unit Head and Head, BA/FA.
To provide guidance and direction to subordinates/ Branches/ Customers and in relation to technical claims matters.<...
