Australia’s leading SDA Provider is seeking a SDA Claims Officer, responsible for the accurate, compliant, and timely claiming of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) payments from the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).

The role provides a single point of accountability for SDA claiming compliance, revenue reconciliation, and recovery, supporting the financial sustainability and governance of the portfolio.

Prepare, submit, and manage SDA claims in accordance with current SDA Pricing Arrangements and NDIA operational guidance

Reconcile SDA invoices against NDIA remittance advice and payment reports
