Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the claims processing team, ensuring timely and accurate handling of claims, grants, and related administrative tasks
• Coordinate team activities, assign workload, and monitor performance to meet service standards and project timelines
• Oversee verification of supporting documents and ensure compliance with approved budgets and governance requirements
• Review and validate complex claims or escalated cases before submission for final approval
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding claims queries, clarifications, and issue resolution
