Job Responsibilities
Supervise and lead the claims processing team, ensuring timely and accurate handling of claims, grants, and related administrative tasks
Coordinate team activities, assign workload, and monitor performance to meet service standards and project timelines
Oversee verification of supporting documents and ensure compliance with approved budgets and governance requirements
Review and validate complex claims or escalated cases before submission for final approval
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding claims queries, clarifications, and issue resolution
Ensure proper documentation, records management, and system updates for all processed claims
Support process improvement initiatives, recommend workflow enhancements, and implement best practices within the team
